FAQS

All garments are made with 100% natural fibers. Until now, we've worked exclusively with two materials: 100% organic cotton and lyocell.

The cotton we use comes from Turkey, allowing us to keep the entire process—from cultivation to fabric production—within Europe. This not only ensures greater traceability but also reduces the environmental impact of transportation. We choose these materials not only for their low environmental impact but also for their softness, breathability, and everyday comfort.
We've created a size guide to help you find the best fit for your body. You'll find a link to this guide on each garment, where you can see the specific measurements.

We've also included the model's measurements for reference, so you can get a better idea of how the garment fits. If you still have questions, don't hesitate to contact us; we'll be happy to help.
We ship all our shipments from our beloved island of Ibiza. We work with shipping companies operating from here, and although the options are slightly more limited than on the mainland, we always choose the best option based on the order's destination.

Being on an island, delivery times may be slightly longer, so we kindly ask for your patience. Each order ships with great care and love, and we'll do everything in our power to get it to you as quickly as possible.
It's very important to us to minimize the impact of each shipment. Therefore, if you have questions about the size, color, or fit of a garment, we encourage you to contact us before making your purchase—we'll be happy to help you choose the option that best suits you.

If, even when you receive your order, it doesn't fit and you need to exchange or return something, don't worry. We've provided a link to our shipping and returns policy here, and if you have any other questions, you can contact us directly. We're here to help you with whatever you need.
What we always recommend—not only for the sake of your garment, but also for your body—is to use natural, chemical-free detergents.

When washing in the washing machine, it's best to use short cycles and not exceed 40 degrees Celsius. By doing this, you'll not only extend the garment's lifespan, but you'll also protect your skin and the environment.
We do not currently offer custom options or limited editions.

It's possible that in the future we'll offer the option to create custom garments, but this would be exclusively for companies, with a minimum order. We always collaborate with brands that share our philosophy of sustainability and want to offer their team or customers garments that care for their bodies and are made with respect from the source.
